Our growing team
Our Clinic is built for health care professionals who want to experience community, support, and autonomy. We started 7 years ago with just a few doctors and now have 43 doctors and 3 psychiatrists and have served over a million visits.
How do we build community? We have monthly virtual meetings, staff retreats twice per year, social groups, clinic support groups, and CME.

Our clinic was built by doctors and run by doctors. We provide doctors the ability to work anytime between 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

Overhead is 80/20, with further reductions when thresholds are met.

Our average age of our doctors is 43 years, with 28% under 35 with young children and 25% over 55.
Am I certified? When can I start?
Do you have a CPSA licence? CMPA? and an Alberta Pracid? Then you have what we need! The next step is our interview process where we make sure we understand your intentions and why you want to be on our team? We want people who believe in community and have an interest in mental health and obesity.

We see patients with anxiety, grief, depression, loneliness, obesity, and stress. We do not see patients with bipolar, schizophrenia, and other complex diagnosis and they are more appropriate for referral to Psychiatry.
